Jill. M Jackson

Founding Attorney

Jill

Jill M. Jackson is one of Colorado’s most trusted and respected criminal defense attorneys, known for her fearless litigation style, unwavering client advocacy, and deep commitment to justice.

Jill’s dedication to trial advocacy began in law school, where she excelled in trial practice, won multiple mock trial competitions, and earned first place for her moot court oral argument. She launched her career at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she quickly earned a reputation for tenacity, preparation, and genuine compassion for her clients.

Jill has built broad experience handling everything from major felonies— including sexual assault, attempted murder, complex organized crime and COCCA matters — to DUI, domestic violence, and misdemeanor cases across Colorado. Jill has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Attorney and Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney, and was honored by the American Institute of Criminal Lawyers as one of the 10 Best Female Attorneys. She is also certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST), a key advantage in DUI litigation.

Jill founded the Law Office of Jill M. Jackson on the belief that clients deserve more than legal representation—they deserve personal attention, clear communication, and a defense strategy tailored to the unique circumstances of their lives. Her client-centered philosophy continues to shape every part of the firm.

Today, Jill leads a growing team of dedicated criminal defense professionals who share her commitment to excellence and compassionate advocacy. Together, they work tirelessly to serve the firm’s clients and uphold the highest standards of criminal defense practice.
